As I like to say - I don’t have to live with the decisions, you do. Coaching isn’t consulting - I’ve done both so I know what I’m talking about! I won’t hand you a 5-step plan or tell you want to do. I’ll help you find your own approach that works for you
❌ You’re not ready to do the work between sessions
Folks often ask - how will I get what I want with this work. Spoiler alert - you’re probably going to have to do the work you’ve been avoiding to get there. But good news! I’ll be right beside you via email and text support to gab, chat, get it going. That being said - we’ll design the work between sessions together - and we’ll make it fit into the reality of your life
❌ You want a resume writer, job placement service or recruiter
That’s fab that you want that! I personally abhor resume writing. That’s why I can recommend folks to ya - this work is not that. We’ll go deeper than your resume. We’ll think about what you want your resume to do for you - and then you can do that!
❌ You’re not into occasional profanity and laughter
I swear like a sailor. I make jokes. I go off on overly complicated metaphorical tangents to explain a point. I also firmly believe this process is allowed to be playful, fun, exploratory. It’s easier to try something new when we aren’t freaking out and trying to be super serious
❌ You’re a hardcore hustler that wants to maximize and climb the ladder at all costs to you and those around you
Nah my friend. My approach to work is the same as my approach to my work - there’s more to life than that. I’m not the right fit for supporting your burnout and ignoring the things that will help you be a well-rounded person in your life and relationships. I will be the person who tells you it might be time to go on vacation, or turn off your computer and touch grass. Granted, if we’re going for promotion? We’ll do it - just in a thoughtful, strategic, holistic way!

Everyone I work with partners with me for at least six months. This allows us time to not only make moves, but also have time to reflect, pivot and shift.
We meet twice per month, online, for 60-minutes. After those six months, there’s plenty of flexibility in how we work together; meeting more/less often, for longer/shorter! Or, even with quick one-off sessions.
All my clients have access to me via email and texting forevermore after working with me - and they do continue to email and text!!
Clients invest $4,000 - $6,000 to partner with me.
Partnerships with organizations start at $5,000.

You bet your butt it is! Working with a coach for the first time can feel a little vulnerable, overwhelming and possibly emotional. As an ICF-certified coach, I’ll be with you every step of the way - and we can work together to design a coaching partnership that works for us

You may have seen quite a few of folks I work with saying it felt like work therapy. But coaching isn’t therapy. Therapy is with a licensed social worker or mental health expert. Coaching is about taking action and making forward.
As much as folks say my work feels like therapy - I am not a therapist, but an ICF-certified coach. If from working together or meeting I believe therapy is a better fit for your needs - I’ll communicate that directly.
That being said - many of my clients - including me(!) - partner therapy and coaching together and have supports in both places - it’s very normal for a client to bring different topics or similar topics to their therapist and myself to noodle on in different ways!

Often even when folks think they know what they want to work on - they still surprise themselves - and me! You might come to therapy certain it’s time to leave your job, only to discover you want to go for a promotion instead. We can use our first sessions to define the plan and path forward, and then readjust as we learn what you need. Not knowing exactly what you need is why you work with me!
