Rikki has experienced many career transitions of her own but, throughout there has been a single constant thread - the joy of successfully helping people attain the best versions of themselves. Most recently, Rikki had a successful career in design and consulting - first as a project manager, then a design strategist/researcher, and finally as a marketing director.
She’s had the pleasure to work on nimble small teams solving complex global healthcare problems, run workshops for hundreds of people to develop innovative solutions and led revolutionary changes for organizations and individuals.
