I would never have envisioned working for myself without the guidance and support from Rikki

Kate was brilliant at her work - but not loving her organization and keeping an eye on how things were changing rapidly in her workplace. Originally we came together to work on a career transition into a new role in the same industry - but after working together, she opted to venture out on her own and launched her own freelance business!
