But it doesn’t have to be this way.

People want to help. It makes them feel amazing, they just don’t know how.

Welcome to the Navigating Your Network Intensive

This intensive is for the individual who may be exploring a possible career transition or pivot, or, is looking for something new but having difficulty getting started. In this 2-part private intensive coaching program, you will:

  • clarify the reason why you’re looking to connect, and communicate what you’re looking for

  • identify the people in (and outside of) your network

  • create thoughtful, respectful requests for support

  • develop the questions and learnings you want to acquire

  • reflect on the discoveries you’ve found

  • get ready to keep going

What to Expect

  • Session 1 - Discovery & Planning

    Session 1 is a 60-minute call where we’ll dive into what you’re trying to learn, who you want to connect with, and how to ask for help

  • Interim Support

    With email access you’ll be able to spitball your approach, bounce ideas back and forth, and feel like you’re taking action without feeling alone

  • Session 2 - Reflections

    The follow-up 30-minute call gives you the unbiased space to discuss and consider what you’ve learned from your chats, and where you want to go next

  • If you know exactly the job you want and are applying nonstop - this isn’t for you. This is the pursuit exploration and learning - not trying to land something asap. If that’s you, a recruiter, resume writer or cover letter developer is a better resource.

  • There will be 90-minutes of private coaching and email support.

    However, you’ll also have to put in the time and effort to write and send your requests, schedule and take calls, and cultivate learnings. Expect an additional 3-5 hours/week to get things done
